The below article was originally published on November 15th, 2023.

As with previous years, Nike’s “Valentine’s Day 2024” collection is set to be full of special shoes – including limited styles of the Air Force 1 Low.

The latest pair to surface for the February 14th holiday features fuzzy construction across the upper. The design choice abandons Bruce Kilgore’s blueprint from the early 1980s, bringing a playful spin fit for kids. Fabric panels enjoy either clean “White” or bold “University Red” finishes, falling in line with other Air Force 1 “Valentine’s Day” offerings from the past. The special treatment also lands on the profile swooshes and Achilles’ Heel, with a loving note appearing on the spine: “To: You ♥: ✔.”

Underfoot, the made-for-basketball sole unit also enjoys a two-tone color scheme, helping round out the Air Force 1 “Valentine’s Day 2024.” Branding opts for ruby-colored flair while the bulk of the midsole keeps things “colorless.” Radial traction, however, ups the “University Red” ante. The red-bottomed shoes also come with on-theme stickers to collect or share with loved ones on February 14th or otherwise.

Enjoy a detailed look at the special pair ahead. The brand hasn’t revealed a firm nike.com drop date as of the time of this writing, but that’s likely to change in January 2024. Expect the “Valentine’s Day” Air Forces to retail for $100 USD as it’s part of a special collection.

In related sneaker news, the Air Jordan 11 “Gratitude” releases for kids and adults on December 9th.
