Reebok LTD Looks To The Future With The Club C FWD

Reebok LTD is founded on three principles: Learn, Test, Design. While still in its early stages, the brand’s forward-thinking leg is quickly expanding its catalog, introducing the Club C FWD for autumn.

Clad in muted colors, Reebok LTD’s latest is a futuristic take on the Club C, a sneaker first introduced to tennis courts in 1985. Geometric cut-outs and padded panels throughout the upper inject a contemporary update to the old school performance model. Nods to the past are plenty, however, taking the form of heritage prints at the heel and tongue, as well as reinforced toe and rubber sole underfoot. The Club C FWD enjoys Italian craftsmanship, ensuring the uppermost quality for a significant markup from the ever-popular Reebok Club C 85: £260 vs. £85 (approx. $315 USD vs. $130 USD).

“[W]e have this unique space of living at the intersection of fashion and performance,” said Nick Woodhouse, President and Chief Marketing Officer, Authentic Brands Group, in an exclusive interview with Sneaker News from December 2022. “[T]hat’s what we’re going to continue to expand on.”

Reebok LTD directly taps into the intersection Woodhouse mentioned almost a year ago. The premium line of apparel and footwear accentuates classic designs’ most iconic details to deliver playful, stimulating products. The “Learn. Test. Design.” team has also tapped Israeli designer Hed Mayner to rework the Classic Leather. Senior Footwear Designer Evan Belforti leads Reebok LTD’s in-house projects, reimagining archival models for the present day through an experimental lens sure to find a home amongst the boldest of fashion enthusiasts.

The Reebok Club C FWD is now available via reebok.eu, globally on farfetch.com, and in select retailers.
