Chlorophyll Green Energizes The Nike Dunk High

Classic Dunk color-blocking gets a refreshing touch of green.

Chlorophyll Green Energizes The Nike Dunk High

If there’s any shoe in the sneaker scene that could use a jolt of energy, it’s the Dunk.

Once the forgotten darling in the mid-2010s, the Dunk has once again become overplayed, overproduced, and overexposed. But heck, units are still moving for the Swoosh, which means the Dunk will continue to spread globally despite trendsetters having moved on since the early pandemic era. But still, Nike can produce a clean colorway here and there, like this “Chlorophyll” pair that sticks to the iconic “Be True To Your School” styling that will never really fall out of favor.

Utilizing a clean white leather as its base, Nike adds a natural green “Chlorophyll” overlay at the toe-box, heel, lace collar, and Swoosh, with matching laces and cotton mesh interiors to boot. If you like that classic, mid-80s look, Nike is still checking those boxes.

Expect a release soon on nike.com and partnering retailers for $125.

In other Dunk news, the RTFKT Nike Dunk is landing in selected hands soon.
