The Nike SB Blazer Mid Engages In Its Own “Bred” Interpretation

The Nike Blazer has become a staple amongst countless skaters and professional riders throughout the silhouette’s 40-plus-year existence. After obsessing over a Deconstructed aesthetic, the Blazer Mid’s skateboard-ready tooling now appears in the first of many general release efforts.

Much like its Grant Taylor-designed counterpart, the entirety of the upper’s real estate is cured in a smooth suede texture. Alongside the laces and textile tongue construction, a sea of jet-black shades consume the ensemble set atop a contrasting crisp white midsole and gum tread. The pair’s smooth leather accents are then dressed in a vibrant collection of “University Red” which brings unmistakable clarity to the profile swooshes, canvas tongue tabs and the enlarged heel counter.

Enjoy official images of the Nike SB Blazer Mid “Black/Red” below while we await further release details.
