With basketball season just around the corner, the sneaker ecosystem’s various banners have begun to release a bountiful amount of simplistic Team Bank options for the ensuing college season and quickly approaching high school tryouts. New Balance too, has procured a handful of two-toned color blockings set atop the brand’s flagship on-court tooling, the TWO WXY V4.
Totaling five separate colorways, a trio steps forward and embarks upon a split upper. Illuminated by a crisp white forefoot and speckled midsole detailing, either “Team Red” or “Team Navy” are cast to treat the entirety of the back half of the model. What’s more, the third split offering strikes up an ostensible connection with the hues associated with Boston College as “Mercury Red” and “Gold” follow the same treatment as the latter ensembles. On the other side of the palette, the remaining two models achieve a clad white or black finish, as seldom white speckles amplify the pitch-dark model whereas the bright white pair is illuminated via a “Metallic Silver” N logo.
The assortment of Team Bank New Balance TWO WXY V4s is currently available via the store list below for a retail price of $120. In the meantime, each pair can be seen in detailed imagery ahead.
For more basketball silhouettes, the KD 3 “Aunt Pearl” is scheduled to release on November 25th.
