Where To Buy The Nike KD 3 “Aunt Pearl”

Release Date & Price: The Nike KD 3 “Aunt Pearl” released on October 27th. The shoe retails for $130 USD.

This weekend Nike will host its latest World Basketball Festival in New York City. Coinciding with the official announcements of the Nike Book 1 and LeBron 21, the Beaverton brand decided to unload the entirety of its upcoming basketball-centric Holiday release schedule – which includes an official look at the KD 3 “Aunt Pearl”

As the first of Durant’s signature silhouettes to receive the retro treatment this year, news regarding the aforementioned model has been circulating since early August when first look imagery appeared. While the KD 4 was the first of Durant’s signature models to pay homage to his late Aunt Pearl, the KD 3 has since been added as the 14th installation and unofficial introduction to the collection.

While the interior tooling of the model hasn’t been renovated like Kobe’s Protro offerings, the retro effort maintains the allure surrounding Durant’s third signature with ballistic mesh sidewalls and Flywire support. The colorway itself looks toward a light pink pastel as the mainstay shade, coating the near entirety of the upper and surrounding overlays with a pearlescent finish. A translucent tread underfoot amplifies the brightness of the crisp white midsole and profile swooshes while the laces, inner lining the tongue’s Cancer Ribbon and the heel’s Kay Yow Foundation dial are clothed in a vibrant, hot pink treatment.

The Nike KD 3 “Aunt Pearl” is scheduled to release on October 27th in adult sizing. In the meantime, the pair can be seen in official imagery below.
