Full family sizes arrive May 31st.

Where To Buy The Nike Air Foamposite “Light Orewood Brown”

The Nike Foamposite One “Light Orewood Brown” drops via SNKRS and select retailers on May 30th, 2024.  It’s set to be a full family affair- the breakdown is as follows; adult ($240), big kids/GS ($190), little kids/PS ($105), toddler ($77) and infant ($55). While this edition changes the colors up a tad, there’s no denying that it’s at least referencing the “Pearl” Foamposite One, among the most iconic releases in the product line’s history. Given last year brought back the “Crimson” and “Royal” & “Copper” set to release later this year, we’re smack in the middle of a true Foams revival. Our “Where To Buy” section ahead contains direct shopping links for drop day. Head further down for detailed images and our original coverage surrounding this pair.

The below article was originally published on September 15th, 2023.

Over the last three years, the Nike Air Foamposite One has returned to the spotlight with a mix of classic and experimental styles. As the shoe inches a year closer to its 30th anniversary, it continues to emerge in new ensembles.

Recently, Eric Avar’s revolutionary basketball sneaker has emerged in a “Light Orewood Brown,” “Team Gold,” “Black,” and “Brown Chrome” color scheme. The Foamposite shell takes on a semi-pearlized arrangement that bears semblance to the original Foamposite Pro from ’97. The combination of “Light Orewood Brown” and “Team Gold” help position the 26-year-old silhouette for the fall, with branding hits contributing to the effort. Panels along the tongue take on traditional nubuck construction instead of leather like a recent “Metallic Red” Foam retro, keeping things close to Avar’s blueprint. Traction zones underfoot also opt for a pitch-dark finish that allows for surrounding components to revel in the spotlight.

Enjoy an early look at the pair ahead, and anticipate firm nike.com launch details in the coming months.
