The Air Jordan 17 “Varsity Red” Is Expected To Return In 2024

The Air Jordan 17 “Varsity Red” Is Expected To Return In 2024

Earlier in the year, fans of the Air Jordan 17 Low were excited to learn that the silhouette would finally be returning in 2024. Little do they know that the Jumpman has even bigger plans for MJ’s seventeenth signature, ones that include mid-top styles the likes of the “Varsity Red.”

2024 could very well be the year of the Air Jordan 17, as even A Ma Maniére are helping the sneaker get back on its feet. But beyond a likely extensive slate of collaborations, the model will be revisiting several of its most iconic appearances, such as the above-mentioned “Varsity Red.” An OG offering that first hit the shelves back in 2002, said colorway was largely overlooked post-debut, as it never received a Retro in the two decades that followed. That, however, is thankfully changing next year, though it’s yet-to-be-seen how accurate the release will be to the original.

Again, the Air Jordan 17 “Varsity Red” will be returning in 2024. An exact date has yet to be confirmed, so sit tight and stay tuned for further updates.

In other news, the Nike Air Ship worn by MJ during his fifth-ever NBA game is now up for auction.
