adidas Yeezy Slides Appear In “White Salt”

adidas Yeezy Slides Appear In “White Salt”

Although the adidas Yeezy saga has officially come to an end, more unreleased pairs from the historic partnership continue to surface across social media.

Before Bjørn Gulden assumed the helm, the Three Stripes vocalized its intent to produce designs related to Ye without the American multi-hyphenate – after all, adidas technically owns most of the most popular Yeezys’ design patents. Gulden has since gone on record to express the German sportswear behemoth’s disinterest in continuing to sell Yeezys, citing the brand’s commitment to figure things out in a post-Kanye West world. The Yeezy Slide, however, has consistently emerged in unreleased ensembles that continue to tease what could’ve been – or what could come in the future. “Slate Grey, “Granite,” and “Slate Marine” pairs launched this month in an effort to get rid of existing inventory, so the newly-surfaced “White Salt” option is unlikely to hit retailers, but stranger things have happened. Akin to the aforementioned slides, the unreleased offering indulges in a uniform finish across its injected foam construction.

No adidas CONFIRMED app launch details have been provided by the brand, but that may change in the near future.
