With a little help from their friends over at PaperBoy Paris, thisisneverthat hosted a very early drop of their collaborative New Balance 550s. And after several weeks of anticipation, the Korean streetwear label has finally announced that all three colorways will be available globally on August 24th (August 23rd in the US).
A number of months in the works, as images of the shoes first surfaced back in April, the thisisneverthat x New Balance 550 arrives in a total of three different colorways. But though the canvas upper may alternate between three different tones — green, pink, and brown — the details elsewhere are identical across the entire trio. In addition to co-branded tongue labels, each pair boasts a blacked-out midsole as well as matching embroideries, linings, and cracked leather “N” logos.
