Update November 22nd, 2023: Official images have been added ahead of the pair’s release this holiday season.
Luka Doncic is currently overseas leading the Slovenian National Team to a bid for the 2023 FIBA World Cup. Dropping a 21-point triple-double in a prelim game against Greece, the four-time All-Star could utilize the next few weeks as a springboard for his upcoming colorways of the Jordan Luka 2, which now dresses in a monochrome composition.
From the engineered knit base layer to the speckled TPU mid-foot shank and leather overlays, the entirety of the silhouette’s upper comes dipped in a collection of tonal greyscale hues. In stark contrast, jet-black shades overtake the suede tongue and pitch-dark laces as houndstooth oval lace loops add further structure and security throughout the forefoot. Stitched within the latter, bright yellow accents begin to illuminate the gloomy proposition throughout, ascertaining the Luka logo and the duo of Jumpman insignias affixed to the tongue tab and bright white midsole.
Release details haven’t been made available just yet. So in the meantime, the Jordan Luka 2 “Black/Grey/Yellow” can be seen below in first-look imagery.
