Former No. 1 overall pick Paolo Banchero is just one of many storied NBA legends to make it out of Seattle. From Jamal Crawford and Isaiah Thomas to Dejounte Murray, Zach LaVine and Nate Robinson, the O’Dea High School product recently gifted his former AAU team with their own Player exclusive versions of the Jordan Luka 1.
From kindergarten through his junior high school season, Banchero was a staple within the Seattle Rotary program. At the start of the month, the NBA’s reigning Rookie of the Year decided to give back to the support system that guided him throughout his youth by surprising the 7th and 8th-grade teams of the Seattle Rotary program with their own branded PEs for the upcoming high school season. The model itself is endeared to a dominant bright blue upper with jet-black contrasts clarifying the laces, tongue construction and mid-foot shank. Elsewhere, a repeating swatch of neon green cures the collar lining and sliver of the tread while the program’s insignia gleams in white atop the left tongue tab.
The Jordan Luka 1 “Seattle Rotary” PE won’t see a broader release. So in the meantime, enjoy a detailed look at the pair below.
