With August fast-approaching, summer’s inevitable end is ever-closer. And while sad in its own right, the impending months offer a lot of excitement in the world of sneakers.
For starters, the Three Stripes confirmed a rumor that had been circulating for a few weeks: more adidas Yeezy sneakers will launch throughout August. Handfuls of previously-teased pairs will drop alongside styles that hadn’t been seen before, revealing the curtain as to what Ye’s tenure with adidas could’ve been.
NIKE, Inc. dominated headlines with rumors and confirmed pairs from the Air Jordan, Nike Kobe, and Nike LeBron series. Elsewhere, the Nike Air Force 1 and Nike Air Max 1 also continued to cement themselves in the sneaker pantheon with new compelling styles.
For all that and much more, check out our top headlines of the week from July 22nd to July 28th ahead.
