Jared Ebanks 20-year-old actress Storm Reid has burst into Hollywood as a star of the 2023 Mystery/Thriller Missing and as Rue’s younger sister on the hit show Euphoria. Signing on as a brand ambassador with New Balance in October of 2021, the Atlanta native now brings the city’s summer heat and culture to her own signature silhouette.
Celebrating Reed’s coming-of-age story within the A, the collaborative CT302 draws inspiration from the aesthetics of the early 2000s. Boasting an elevated sole unit, the low-top solution pairs a supple leather base layer with thick swatches of suede that build out the “Off-White” toe box, quarter and foxing. In a subtle texture match, the enlarged mid-foot “N” logo and heel tab come dipped in a lively light blue hue while crimson red lace aglets and a custom tongue tab inject just a touch of vibrancy.
