The Jordan Tatum 1 Takes On A “Pure Money” Look

The Jordan Tatum 1 Takes On A “Pure Money” Look

Jayson Tatum fell short of his goal for the 2022-23 NBA season, but he’s risen above all expectations with his Jordan Tatum 1 signature silhouette.

Over the last three months, the Boston Celtics forward and his Jumpman family have offered the aforementioned basketball shoe in handfuls of different styles. Several pairs have been inspired by different aspects of Tatum’s personal story, with some Tatum 1’s even referencing the 25-year-old’s favorite Air Jordan retros. Recently, a pair inspired by the Air Jordan 4 “Pure Money” originally launched in 2006 surfaced via official photos, joining the ranks of a Tatum 1 inspired by the Air Jordan 11 “Cool Grey.”

The upcoming performance offering primarily indulges in a clean “White” finish across its woven, synthetic, and leather upper. Accents around the forefoot and near the heel (including Jumpman branding) nod to the “Pure Platinum” eyelets on the 17-year-old retro. No “Pure$” text appears on Tatum’s interpretation.

Enjoy official photos of the pair ahead, and anticipate a nike.com launch before the 2023-24 NBA season begins.
