Sneaker News Earlier in February, Sneaker News provided a first look at the ASICS GEL-NYC Spring/Summer 2023 collection, an assortment that included eight different inline colorways that were picked up quickly by the growing ASICS retro runner community. With the Fall 2023 season now commencing (in the consumer world), ASICS has prepared another batch of the GEL-NYC styles in case you didn’t get your fill earlier in the year.
Starting things off is a women’s exclusive take on the model that prefers pastel colors over the muted shades that were dominant in the previous collection. A soft aquamarine blue acts as the primary shade on the suede overlays, while a light mint green appears on the ASICS logo in tandem with a silver/grey. On the midsole is a brighter shade of pistachio green above a clean white midsole, completing a color combination that’s perfect for the warm months.
