The Air Jordan 1 Mid Adds A Pop Of Red To This “Shadow” Reminiscent Colorway

We’ve been experiencing a drought of Air Jordan 1 Mids ever since the start of the Summer. But now that Fall is just around the corner, the Jumpman is finally ushering in several new styles of the mid-top silhouette.

This pair — which is ostensibly exclusive to the brand’s younger audience — seems to harken back to the “Shadow.” Black and grey are used throughout the upper, applied in a color blocking near identical to that of the original. The main difference between this Air Jordan 1 Mid and its inspiration lies in its accents — namely, the outsole, lining, and Jumpman branding — which brighten up the neutral-dominant palette with a pop of red.

Enjoy a closer look at this upcoming Air Jordan 1 Mid right here. While a release date has not yet been confirmed, it’s likely we’ll be seeing these on Nike.com and at select retailers relatively soon.

In other news, official images of the Nike Cortez All Petals United surfaced earlier this morning.
