Chromed Out Bumpers Appear On The adidas NMD S1

adidas’ Nomad collection has quickly become one of the German sportswear brands’ most popular lifestyle offerings following the dissolution of its partnership with the entity known as Ye. Headlined by the adidas NMD S1, the 2021 release executes yet another neutral-based ensemble illuminated by chrome-finished bumpers.

While a number of vibrant hues have graced the BOOST cushioned ensemble throughout the spring season, the inaugural silhouette has struck up a monochrome palette for its introduction into summer. As such, light grey hues cure the entirety of the PrimeKNIT upper alongside the accompanying laces and TPU mid-foot 3-Stripes. Underfoot, the striking cream hue of the exaggerated sole unit comes illuminated by the eye-catching “Silver Metallic” bumpers while the trefoil tread pucks below resume the greyscale aesthetic.

The adidas NMD S1 “Grey/Silver Metallic” is currently scheduled to release overseas in Europe on July 1st. In the meantime, enjoy a first look at the pair as we await news regarding a stateside drop.

In other news, the Jordan Tatum 1 “Pink Lemonade” is scheduled to release next Tuesday, June 20th, in full-family sizing.
