From repping his Canadian roots to personifying his signature spin move, the New Balance TWO WXY V3 has been privy to a number of colorful concoctions from the mind of the 26-year-old star point guard.
Recently the brand’s premium on-court tooling dressed in a vibrant assortment of shades inspired by the Nuggets guard’s love for the summertime. Suiting up in the colorway on three separate occasions this season and most recently in Game 3 of the 2nd round, the titular collection of hues mimics the view of a cloudless summer sky. The textured upper looks to a clad bright blue tint accented by crisp white hits filling the laces, nylon collar lining and FuelCell midsole. Indoctrinated further within the gleaming palette, a contrasting treatment of cherry red floods the heel’s pull tab, mid-foot shank and enlarged N logo while a complimentary injection of neon green graces trim of the latter insignia, tongue tab logos and the tractional outsole underfoot.
