Lifestyle offerings removed from the heralded Retro Jordan lineup have remained to be some of the Beaverton brand’s most divisive efforts. 2023 however, has reinvigorated Jumpman’s off-the-court design ethos by ushering in both the hybrid Jordan MVP 678 and contemporary Jordan Stadium 90.
Receiving its first official release last week via Social Status, the aforementioned Jordan Stadium 90 is now looking to embark upon a palette reminiscent of the neutral solutions employed by Travis Scott’s collaborations with the banner. As such, a clad “Sail” treatment cloaks the near entirety of the diversely tooled upper featuring a perforated vamp, leather overlays and a ripstop mid-foot panel. The La Flame aesthetic is inserted by way of the two-toned ensemble’s “Olive” conclusion that comes draped across the laces, tongue construction, nylon liner, tread, heel logo and finishes at the supple suede Swoosh.
Release date information hasn’t been confirmed just yet, so in the meantime enjoy the official imagery of the Jordan Stadium 90 “Sail/Olive” below.
For more hybrid silhouettes, the Jordan MVP 678 recently underwent a familiar “Raptors” style color blocking.
