The Nike Air Max 90 Appears With “University Blue” Gingham Swooshes

As the Nike Air Max 90 continues to dominate sneaker rotations everywhere, the silhouette keeps experimenting with materials and color schemes.

Ahead of summer, Tinker Hatfield’s iconic design has emerged in a predominantly “White” ensemble. A vibrant “University Blue” gingham pattern at the profile swooshes, however, brings a summer-friendliness to the model. Branding on the tongue label and spine forgo the picnic table-reminiscent pattern, but boast an equally-cool blue tone. The remainder of the Air Max offering keeps things clean in all “White,” further cementing the shoe as a formidable option for the warmer months.

No firm nike.com launch date has been disclosed by the brand, but that’s likely to change soon. In the meantime, enjoy official photos of the pair ahead.
