The adidas Gazelle “Clear Aqua/Tech Purple” Is Made To 1991 Spec

Having recently received cosigns from the likes of Blondey McCoy and even Gucci, the adidas Gazelle is on track to be the shoe of the Summer. And with the season soon underway, the Three Stripes are rebuilding the classic silhouette to a spec much closer to that of its counterpart from 1991.

Dialing the clock back a little over three decades, this upcoming adidas Gazelle replicates the look and feel of its now 32-year-old counterpart. The construction features not only authentic materials but also the T-toe design and molded tongue signature to the indoor staple. In regards to colorway, the pair channels the feeling of its ’90s revival, donning a bold “Clear Aqua” and “Tech Purple” arrangement that could very well be inspired by the OG ZX 8000.
