Jovani Hernandez The ASICS GEL-1130 doesn’t boast the same popularity as other GEL-cushioned sneakers in the company’s arsenal, but it’s garnering attention with both solo and joint efforts.
To kick off May, the silhouette has emerged in two versatile grey color schemes. The retro running shoe takes on “Oyster Grey” and “Obsidian Grey” arrangements that fall in line with the unshakeable dad shoe trend. Breathable base layers take on the darkest tones of the bunch, allowing for synthetic overlays throughout the uppers to revel in lighter hues. The latest take on ASICS’ performance model from 2008 features iridescent accents as well, injecting a futuristic, fashion-forward touch into both styles. Underfoot, the robust sole unit complements its respective pair’s top-half, delivering a reliable ride in the process.
Enjoy official photos of both pairs ahead, and find the shoes available at ASICS.com right now for $110 USD each.
