The Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace Reappears In A Spring-Appropriate Colorway

The Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace Reappears In A Spring-Appropriate Colorway

Earlier this year, it was confirmed that Pharrell Williams would be joining Louis Vuitton as the next Creative Director of Menswear. And while quite a big responsibility, the appointment seems to bear no effect on the multi-hyphenate’s longstanding partnership with adidas. Williams still proudly flaunts the Three Stripes, and his next collaborative release — another colorway of the Samba Humanrace — seems to be nearing its retail debut.

Appearing in the hands of sneaker photographer @arab_lincoln, the next Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace is quite the departure from its previously-released counterparts. Whereas the latter emphasized the classic’s elongated tongue, this pair shortens it to a size much closer to that of the original. The colorway, though, is much less familiar, its leathers dressed almost entirely in a light, Spring-appropriate purple.

Complete with leather laces, zig-zag stitched Stripes, and an over-proportioned Trefoil logo, the newest colorway of the Pharrell x adidas Samba Humanrace should be releasing via adidas.com as well as select retailers very soon. Enjoy a look at the pair ahead as we await word of a firm release date.

In other news, the second and wander adidas Terrex Collection is available right now.
