Since the All-Star break Zach LaVine has been on an absolute tear – dropping 29 points a night while leading the Chicago Bulls into most likely an Eastern Conference Play-In appearance. Simultaneously leading the charge of New Balance’s roster of non-signature athletes, the two-time All-Star is receiving the New Balance Fresh Foam BB in a perfect tincture for home and away games.
While LaVine has been most widely associated with the low-cut look of the TWO WXY v3 this season, he’s made a reserved number of appearances in the aforementioned mid-top model as the compelling Bulls-esque color scheme could coax the former Dunk Contest Champion into the Fresh Foam cushioned proposition more frequently. Illuminated by an “Optic White” base, pitch-black suedes along the mudguard, tongue and heel counter immediately contrast the latter. While the cushioning solution underfoot indulges in an icy semi-translucent finish, seldom crimson accents invigorate the sock liner and the midsole’s gradient for a tasteful injection from the palette.
Scheduled to release in Europe on April 4th, in the meantime enjoy official images of the New Balance Fresh Foam BB “Optic White” below while we await the silhouette’s stateside release later in April.
For more silhouettes tooled for the hardwood, UCLA freshman and Jordan NIL signee Kiki Rice debuted the Air Jordan 38 in the Sweet 16 this past weekend.
