The adidas Y-3 Qisan Knit Returns In A Classic “Black/White” Finish

The adidas Y-3 Qisan Knit Returns In A Classic “Black/White” Finish

The adidas Y-3 line seemingly hasn’t benefitted from the rise in popularity of high-end sportswear collaborations, but the line continues to produce products. Case in point?: The Qisan Knit in a classic “Black/White” look.

Tried-and-proven Primeknit uppers are accompanied with neoprene, suede, and rubber accents. All together, however, the breathable construction opts for a mostly-dark color scheme. Patterns across the toe introduce the most contrast of the sneaker’s top-half, with Lightstrike cushioning underfoot doubling down on the off white design choice. “Yohji Yamamoto” lands on the midsole’s lateral side, interrupting the exaggerated cushioning solution. Lastly, the adidas-backed silhouette features a semi-translucent, cream-colored outsole that complements the remainder of the shoe well.
