Jared Ebanks Introduced less than a year ago, the New Balance 90/60 has since garnered a dedicated following after the silhouette’s collaborative debut via the hands of Joe Freshgoods. Continuing to delve out an expansive slate of inline colorways, the 99x-inspired ensemble now engages in a “Cherry Blossom” treatment.
Falling on par with the silhouette’s recent overwhelming wave of neutrals, creams envelop the sole unit underfoot while the pink-central palette is explored in its full spectrum above. Dipping its mesh base layer in a faded blush pink, the presiding suede overlays and upper tongue dawn a more vibrant, rosy pink finish. Contrasted via the dark maroon-colored leather and nubuck panels rendering their typical connecting placement at the forefoot and heel, a seldom silver metallic accent shines throughout the latter tooling before concentrating along the mid-foot “N” logo.
