The Rock Teams Up With UFC To Release A Co-Branded Under Armour Shoe

The Rock Teams Up With UFC To Release A Co-Branded Under Armour Shoe

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has meticulously inserted his larger-than-life persona and personal brand within a multitude of cultural avenues from the big screen to tequila tasting rooms and most often, within the weight room and wrestling arenas. Announcing last August that his signature “Project Rock” training footwear line with Under Armour will serve as the official footwear partner of the UFC, the two entities have officially released the collaborative effort to the public.

Coordinating a striking black, red and grey color palette, the base layer’s engineered mesh across the forefoot color matches its pitch-dark “University Black” treatment across the heel’s jacquard construction. Illuminating the simplistic introduction, a vibrant “Versa Red” consumes the branded heel strap, bootie sock construction and laces while the mid-foot window bears a motivational “BLOOD. SWEAT. RESPECT.” Concluding by attributing the latter hue across the bull skull insignia, the Charged Cushioning sole unit underfoot dawns a clad greyscale appearance whereas its TriBase outsole returns to dawn a crimson outfit.

Currently available for a retail price of $100 at underarmour.com in unisex sizing, enjoy official images of the Project Rock x UFC Edition BSR 3 below.

In other news, the adidas Crazy 1 “Lakers Home” is releasing this Saturday for the first time since 2006.
