As the longest running silhouette currently in production by the Three Stripes brand, the adidas Samba has most often lent its sleek composition and diverse customizability to the hand of collaborators such JJJJound’s upcoming duo of propositions. The model’s inline efforts, however, are also worthy of recognition such as this multifaceted update with pops of “Lucid Blue”.

Coordinating a consistent “Cloud White” base layer through its premium leather upper, a light stone hue extends across the pairs suede mudguard in a tonal contrast to the crisp white tongue construction and laces. Save its gold foil “SAMBA” branding the uppers remaining embellishments indulge in varying blue casts with a dark teal outfitting the tongues logo while a royal scheme envelops the heel counter. Accenting its ridged 3-stripes with thin strips of navy, the sole unit harkens a vintage aesthetic by way of a clad gum coat underfoot.
