South2 West8 Applies CORDURA® Fabric To Its Next Reebok Zig Kinetica 2.5 Edge

Although a new collaborator within Reebok‘s roster of partners, South2 West8 seems poised to build out a healthy catalog of joint-efforts with the Massachusetts-based brand. Before the year ends, the Nepenthes-housed label will deliver another take on the outdoors-ready Zig Kinetica 2.5 Edge.

Unlike its fly fishing-inspired concept from late October, the brand’s upcoming work for Reebok indulges in a relatively understated, near-tonal arrangement. Nature print is found on the upper, introducing shades of green and purple to the predominantly black-colored pair. Speckling on the robust midsole, details on the tongue, and Vibram, CORDURA®, and Reebok branding near the lateral heel further contrast the Zig Kinetica sneaker’s dark outfit. S2W8’s own branding is found on the top of the tongues and right shoe’s sock-liner. Underfoot, a rugged traction pattern rounds out the functional footwear proposition.
