Two years since its revitalization to the marketplace, thisneverthat, size?, INVINCIBLE and Japanese Stylist Akio Hasegawa have ushered in a bevy of disparate collaborative offerings for the iconic 2000’s runner. As the weather turns cool and leaves begin to crisp, the Boston-based brand is taking a short hiatus from its joint propositions in favor of fall-friendly builds such as employing reinforced Cordura Fabric across its latest New Balance 1906R.
Clad in a muted “Dark Camo” from heel to toe, the presiding shade dominates the base layer; treating the models laces, nylon sock liner and weather-resistant tooling of its upper. Including the jagged heel counter and TPU overlays stitched with “Silver Metallic” accents, a deeper-hued moss green is established adorned with a CORDURA-branded tab at its heel. Further providing seldom accents, a metallic trim lines the olive-toned N logo and “N-ERGY” sole unit underfoot, borrowed from the New Balance 860v2.
While no release date information has been shared aside from its expected $150 retail price, in the meantime enjoy official images of the New Balance 1906R “Cordura Olive” below.
