Eastside Golf Adds An Air Jordan 1 Low To Their Fall/Winter Collection

Eastside Golf Adds An Air Jordan 1 Low To Their Fall/Winter Collection

Michael Jordan’s love for being surrounded by the green had always been evident throughout his career. Having been perfecting his stroke in retirement, Jordan Brand’s foray into the game through its golf division has seen the return of many in-line colorways injected with course-ready technology, while its collaboration with Eastside Golf last year brought unprecedented acclaim toward the model aimed at the fairways.

In tandem with dressing their Jordan 12 and Jordan 12 Golf offerings as a part of its upcoming collaborative collection with the brand, Eastside Golf aims to provide minorities and their youth with increased opportunities and awareness surrounding the game. Synonymous with its POC graphic swinging on the green, the lifestyle brand is bringing its inclusive aesthetic from the fairways to the concrete jungles.

Covered in premium Navy nubuck, the smooth upper panels of the model are color-matched with an indigo shade filling the overlays accented stitching and inner lining while black nylon laces, fit with golden aglets, further darkens the model before Rust Orange “Eastside Golf” branding employs an off-center cursive text below the white and blue tongue tag. Devoid of any further branding until the heel counter, cursive finishes – this time in white – profers the left heel and staple swingman motif bearing its adjacent counterpart. Underfoot, the pairing of an aged Egg Shell midsole and semi-translucent dark gum tread combine for a neutral proposition concluding the noticeable design elements while opposing insoles harken the grass and sand pit fixtures of the course.

Enjoy both a first look and official images of the Eastside Golf x Air Jordan collaboration gracing the Jordan 1 Low below while we anticipate a November release date for the upcoming collection of silhouettes.

For more under Jordan Brand’s umbrella, the Air Jordan 36 is paying tribute to Rui Hachimura’s Japanese heritage with a floral Sakura fabric.
