Show up, show out and show love; just three of the many unofficial rules present in the game of basketball. For their latest collaboration, German fashion luxury haus MCM is utilizing the latter two phrases as an inspirational element to capture the charisma and sheek nature of the game through the Puma Slipstream Lo in a duo of offerings.
Last joining forces in 2018, Puma and the high-end brand’s latest partnership is being aided by high school hoops standout Mikey Williams alongside the “Show Love” colorway that features a medley of warm tones, pictured below. The white leather construction of the vamp, tongue and presiding overlays are emboldened by caramel suede mudguards and collar panels that extend towards the heel counter while being embellished by MCM’s Cubic Monogram graphic. For a brightened accent, a sampling of sunflower yellow is applied to the nylon base and shaggy suede inner lining with the tongue branding and eyelets opting for a metallic finish. Underfoot, a white “AIR SHOCK SYSTEM” branded midsole rests atop the tonal spectrums complimenting gum tread.
