A Collection Of Patchwork Textiles Covers The adidas Forum Mid

While its origins lie in basketball excellence with Michael Jordan dawning them during his college years before signing on the dotted line with The Swoosh, the adidas Forum has remained at the forefront of classic lifestyle silhouettes reimagined for the future of streetwear. With help from Bad Bunny and Beyoncé’s IVY PARK line, the Forum has enjoyed highly touted releases over the past few years as the latest offering samples a medley of textiles for a “Patchwork” style adidas Forum Mid.

Most notably absent from the Bauhaus-inspired model are the mid-foots Three Stripes, opting for an unobscured view of the “Core Black mesh” paneling with “Shadow Red” accented stitching. The latter tones are additionally applied in a section of the quarter and base of the vamp in leather construction as the color combination concludes on the upper trefoil logo in hide and suede finishes. Further shaggy detailing is treated in “Clear Granite” and charcoal panels wrapping along the heel with a shade of burnt yellow filling the matching textures quarter overlay.

The amalgamation of fabrics is further expressed with a black synthetic leather sock liner and bold violet hits bearing the upper counter next to a mix of scarlet and aforementioned hues filling the laces. Culminating in the end of the colorful arrangement, a thin strip of dark orange illuminates the lower half of the model above an aged “adidas” branded midsole.

Enjoy a look at the adidas Forum Mid “Patchwork” while we await the scheduled September 15th release.

For more adi branded footwear, the adiFOM Q is releasing at select retailers tomorrow September 2nd.
