TSU Channels Their Tiger Pride Into Upcoming Nike Dunk Low Collab

TSU Channels Their Tiger Pride Into Upcoming Nike Dunk Low Collab

The Nike Dunk has been linking up with academic institutions ever since 1985. And over the course of the last 37 years, the shoe has continued to dress up in the signature colors of many an additional school, from UCLA to FAMU. Today, it was revealed that Tennessee State University, too, would be receiving their very own colorway, which proudly displays their “Tiger Pride.”

This slogan is even printed along the shoe’s sockliner, accompanying the TSU insignia emblazoned atop the tongue. And via the adjacent exterior, the shoe pays a direct homage to the signature colors of both the Tigers as well as the state itself, with red, blue, and black alternating throughout the leather construction. In addition, pops of orange are present behind the aforementioned school symbol as well as on the heel tab, both instances of which complement the tiger-patterned laces and insole.

Complete with an embroidered “1912,” the year the school was founded, the TSU x Nike Dunk Low can be viewed in detail below. At the time of writing this, no release date has been confirmed. For now, sit tight and expect updates to surface within the next few months.

In other news, the Air Jordan 4 Thunder is returning for 2023.
