An Exotic Nike Air Force 1 Mid Appears In White Reptile Skin

An Exotic Nike Air Force 1 Mid Appears In White Reptile Skin

Nike has spared no expense for the Air Force 1‘s 40th Anniversary, racking up an expensive haul complete with gold toothbrushes and LV-produced materials. Faux snakeskin has appeared many a time this past year, too, and now it’s even dressing the shoe’s mid-top trim.

But whereas previous releases reflected the reptile’s pattern as well as its scales, this pair opts for a much cleaner, predominantly neutral look. The texture itself, which is likely inspired by rattlesnakes, features white from the toe to the strap, matching the more ordinary midsole, tongue, and lace unit. Finally, black Swooshes round out the construction, the logo clad in a glossy, quartz-like finish.

Enjoy an official look at this snakeskin-dressed Air Force 1 Mid right here. There’s been little word of a firm release, but these are likely to hit Nike.com and select retailers before the end of the year.

In other news, Air Force 1 Mid Limestone should be releasing soon as well.
