The Air Jordan 1 Low Brightens Up With “New Emerald”

The Air Jordan 1 Low Brightens Up With “New Emerald”

The Air Jordan 1 Low, as is true of most derivates, fails to escape comparisons to its taller, older brother. And this continues to be the case with the silhouette’s latest colorway, “New Emerald,” whose primary colors err somewhat close to the “Turbo Green” from 2019.

In contrast to its supposed inspiration, the “New Emerald” proffers its own unique color blocking and a relatively different set of hues. The “Turbo Green” substitute wraps the suede along the toe, eye stays, collar, and heel, as an untextured leather sits underneath bathed in a bright white. Laces, lining, and the backside of the tongue echo the titular cool green, while the leather Swoosh/outsole and Jumpman branding opt for light grey and gold hits, respectively.

For a closer look at the latest AJ1 Low, check out the official images below. These are likely to hit Nike.com and select retailers soon, so sit tight.

In other news, the Dunk High Desert Camo was just unveiled.
