Compared to that of the Foam Runner and 350 v2, releases of the YZY BSKTBL KNIT have been slow since its debut. But it seems things may finally be picking up for the silhouette, as an “Onyx” make-up is confirmed for this September.
Dropping the “Slate” theme echoed throughout the past few renditions, the “Onyx” is the closest the shoe has gotten to “Triple Black.” According to the available imagery, the neutral dresses much of the shoe, from its elasticated collar to its sole. Dark, charcoal grey threads, then, come in along the lower profile, further defining the dimension of the construction’s new 3D knit. What’s more, the colorway also features reflective detailing, which accents the entire toe box.
