Jovani Hernandez As The Whitaker Group prepares for the launch of its Social Status Air Max Penny, the creative conglomerate has been linked to yet another sneaker rumor: an Air Jordan 12 collaboration by A Ma Maniére.
Although many netizens speculated whether or not the James Whitner-led boutique would work on the Air Jordan 4 given his imprint’s first three official Jumpman projects spanning the first trio of signature models for #23, it seems the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-native and his team will show love for one of the later models in the series. As with A Ma Maniére’s second and third projects, the upcoming retro – of which there are two – is believed to don “Burgundy Crush” as the main contrasting hue. Tumbled leather sitting underneath and around the lizard skin mudguards, then, indulge in tonal “White” or “Black” looks, keeping things similar to the Air Jordan design’s original “White/Varsity Red” (“Cherry”) and “Black/Varsity Red” (“Flu Game”) colorways.
No firm a-ma-maniere.com or Nike SNKRS release details have been disclosed by any official party, but reliable rumor source @zSneakerHeadz on Instagram claims the shoes will arrive around November 17th. In any case, enjoy extremely early mock-ups of the pairs ahead.
