Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black/Phantom” Releasing In December

Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Black/Phantom” Releasing In December

Following the mixed reviews that his recent Nike Sportswear collaborations received, Travis Scott is reportedly returning to a silhouette he’s proven he knows well: the Air Jordan 1 Low OG.

Akin to the Houston-native’s “Mocha” option from July 2019, the recently-rumored next chapter of Scott’s design catalog maintains a autumn and winter-friendly ensemble. Varying shades of “Black” dominate the low-top Air Jordan‘s upper, with overlays around the forefoot, along the tongue and across the heel boasting a faded suede build. Off-white “Phantom” contrast, then, is expected to appear via the mismatched profile swooshes, branding on the tongue and midsole. Together, each aforementioned component doesn’t reinvent the Air Jordan 1, but it expands the NIKE, Inc. roster in a simple, yet compelling-enough way that is sure to get La Flame back in consumers’ good graces.

A release on Nike SNKRS and select retailers is expected for December 15th.
