Michael Le If it weren’t for this Air Max 97, I never would have guessed that there were BLINKS amongst Nike’s design team. And this colorway couldn’t come at a more opportune time, as BLACKPINK is expected to make a comeback this August.
A simple makeover relative to some of the silhouette’s recent reveals, this pair starts with a pink mesh, which pokes out from underneath the black patent overlays. These wrap the entirety of the profile, going from the mudguard up to the tongue, the latter of which features a material and color identical to the aforementioned base. The embroidered Swooshes and Air Max branding, too, present the same floral shade, while the midsole rounds out the package with a light grey.
