The Blazer Mid ’77 is often simple, replacing the color of its Swoosh with a wide assortment of Nike-sanctioned pantones. And here, a dark brown takes the helm, likening this Next Nature pair to many a past “Mocha” colorway.
As is typical of the silhouette, the accent color is used along three spots: the Swoosh, the heel tab, and the tongue label. Elsewhere, the construction indulges entirely in neutrals, with white coloring in the strings, tongue, and leather upper. Even the overlays across the forefoot, which are typically dressed with grey suede, are treated similarly; the yellowed midsole deviates subtly as well, opting for a woodgrain-like texture.
