Gucci And adidas Officially Unveil Their Entire Collaborative Collection

This June, the house of Gucci is painting Three Stripes on its walls, parading the beloved sportswear brand’s insignia alongside its own across apparel, footwear, and a host of accessories.

Teased in detail not too many months back, the collaboration is adidas’ most expansive foray into luxury yet, as the collection spans a number of wearables well outside their usual scope. From tastefully co-branded bags to gourmette chain necklaces, the variety is immense, catering to both men and women in near equal scale. And with its design, the range meets Gucci and adidas in the middle, incorporating a balanced amount of tailoring, knits, and athletic staples.

As for the footwear, the ever-beloved Gazelle takes the helm, sporting a variety of loud to neutral colorways at a $850 price point. Some of these are unique to the men’s and women’s portions, with a larger few being shared. Besides the Gucci branding — which dresses the heel tab, midsole, tongue label, and insole — most of the options appear rather ordinary, from their gum bottoms to their mix of primary colors. Certain pairs, however, stand out from the pack, as they incorporate the Gucci monogram as well as unique, metallic-esque materials. Additionally, you can expect heels, horsebit loafers, and a number of slides.
