The Nike Blazer Mid ’77 hasn’t boasted a high-profile collaboration the status of Off-White since 2017. And while none seems to be on the horizon, the silhouette continues to deliver compelling solo efforts.
While not reinventing the wheel, the latest take on the first Nike Basketball shoe indulges in a clean “White” look across its upper and sole unit, with multiple swooshes on the lateral profile introducing experimental flair into the mix. Other similar arrangements boasted muted tones, but the upcoming Nike Blazer features a “Team Orange” logo accompanied with understated counterparts that help make the shoe perfect for summer. Branding on the top of the tongue and upper heel opt for a pitch-“Black” look that compliments that remainder of the 1970s creation well.
