Lately, Nike has expressed a fascination with acid wash denim, as they’ve recently applied the fabric to many of their classics. Jordan Brand, too, shares this interest, as both the Air Jordan 1 Mid and Air Jordan 1 Low have followed suit.
Soon, the Air Jordan 6 will also join the above-mentioned pairs, doing so in what seems to be a kids-exclusive size run. The denim, whose acid wash treatment creates dark streaks through the material, overlays atop a neutral-colored canvas. Adjacent, complementary hits of “University Blue” mark the sole and heel pull, while cream and white dress the PS and TD tongues, respectively.
Branded with black text and matching Jumpman logos, this Air Jordan 6 should hit select retailers as well as Nike.com within the next few months. For now, sit tight as we await further updates.
