New Balance 2002R Protection Pack “Dark Navy” Coming In April

New Balance 2002R Protection Pack “Dark Navy” Coming In April

Without question, the New Balance 2002R‘s “Protection Pack” was one of the best releases of last year, leaving many in want of a sequel. Thankfully, the brand is answering our prayers, bringing back the collection on a scale much grander than the original.

“Dark Navy” is the latest to join the series’ upcoming selection, which is helmed by colorways such as the “Vintage Orange” as well as the “Steel Blue.” And like the latter, this pair makes use of a light cool tone across its mesh inserts; the overlays and laces, too, are similar, opting for a soft and dark grey, respectively. Adjacent, the reinforced, choppily cuts suedes are dyed a much darker blue, while the “N” logo and sole stick to a more neutral, desaturated finish.

For a closer look at this upcoming 2002R, see below. These are currently scheduled to hit the EU on April 1st; a US release, however, is still TBD.
