The Air Jordan 1 Low FlyEase Surfaces First In A “Bio Hack” Colorway

In recent years, the Swoosh has taken a more thoughtful approach to accessibility, often serving everyone from the pro athlete to the physically disabled. And with FlyEase, the brand can better accommodate the latter, albeit only if they can keep pairs on the shelves. Thankfully, the technology is becoming more widely adopted by beloved silhouettes, the Air Jordan 1 Low being the newest of them.

Here, the Air Jordan 1 Low FlyEase appears for the very first time courtesy of sneaker leakers. Relative to its taller counterpart, the fastening system is far more low profile. The strap, for instance, is reduced to one Velcro-adhered panel that’s attached to a zipper along the other side. Adjacent, the eye stays are similarly done, their connections made to resemble a typical lace unit. What’s arguably more interesting than the system itself is the colorway, as the offering features a look identical to that of the “Tokyo Bio Hack” from 2020.
