Michael Le If you’ve yet to make any Valentine’s Day preparations, don’t feel too bad as even Nike was a bit slow to the draw. Since many of their offerings have yet to hit the shelves, it’s likely that they won’t be landing in time for Monday. And this will definitely be the case for the brand’s newest addition, the PG 6, which has only now revealed its holiday-inspired colorway.
From the outset, one wouldn’t be able to guess the pair had any romantic value at all, as a dark green takes up the majority of the exterior. Pink does come into play over atop, albeit in seldom, as it dresses the side Swoosh and the marbling along the midsole. Adjacent, butterfly embroidery and foliage-replete prints embellish the upper, adding a nature-inspired element that somewhat contrasts the arrow-stricken basketball, cupid motifs, and heart-shaped, “Just Do It” marked hang tag.
