The Jordan 6-17-23 Revives The “Motorsports” Colorway

The Jordan 6-17-23 Revives The “Motorsports” Colorway

Despite putting an end to their racing career in 2014, Jordan’s motorsports team still lives on vicariously through the shoes it’s inspired. And to pick up where the collection left off, the Jordan 6-17-23 is offering a make-up visually reminiscent of many a past “Motorsports” colorway.

As such, the hybrid shoe proffers only the monochromatic, with zero instances of vibrant color. White neutrals are applied to most of the AJ6-like upper, dressing along the smooth toe box, the perforated and panel-replete side, and the ribbing that appears atop only part of the tongue. Black sees more varied application as it outfits a number of different accents. Among them, the lace unit, instep, and midsole are among the most noteworthy, though the pull tab and AJ17-inspired touches deserve a mention as well.

Enjoy a closer, official look below. A release date is currently TBD, but it being the end of year, it’s likely we won’t see these until later this 2022.

The Cool Grey 11s, however, are releasing later this December.
