The Nike Air Max 97 enters its 25th year on the market come 2022. Ahead of what’s sure to be a blockbuster year, the silhouette has emerged in compelling, non-original colorways. Case in point: a newly-surfaced, kid’s-exclusive “Violet Ore/White/Pink Glaze” option.

Available now, the pair maintains its traditional build, which mixed synthetic leather, mesh and canvas materials. The iconic mudguard indulges in the sneaker’s darkest tone, as does the detailing across the outsole. Vamp overlays deviate in lighter and brighter shades of pink. Underfoot, the full-length Air Max unit also follows suit, creating an ensemble ripe for spring.
